Arrow Coated Products has received an approval to acquire manufacturing unit of Avery Bio-Tech located at GIDC Industrial Estate, Ankleshwar in state of Gujarat. The board of directors at its meeting held on November 30, 2013 approved for the same.
The company shall enter into an agreement with Avery Bio-Tech to acquire the stocks, machinery, land and building situated at Ankleshwar, Gujarat, on such terms and conditions as may be consider appropriate and in the best interest of the company. The above would be subject to due and satisfactory fulfillment of conditions precedent and receipt of such government approval, if any.
Arrow Coated Products has a total of 27 Granted Patents in India, US, Europe, Eurasia, Africa, and Australia. Arrow is prosecuting several other patents in other countries.
