Spicejet has informed that the Company on November 30, 2013 has allotted 15,000,000 (Fifteen Million) equity shares of Rs. 10 each, to Kalanithi Maran, Promoter of the Company, pursuant to exercise of conversion right attached to 15,000,000 (Fifteen Million) Warrants issued on preferential basis, at an issue price of Rs. 36.18 per equity share, in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
