GK Energy has received approval for incorporation of five wholly owned subsidiaries with proposed names ‘GK Energy BESS’, ‘GK Energy BESS One’, ‘GK Energy BESS Two’, ‘GK Energy BESS Three’, ‘GK Energy BESS Four’. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on October 29, 2026 has considered and approved the same.
Proposed entities will be related with the Energy sector subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
GK Energy is primarily into the business of design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing and commissioning of decentralized solar systems primarily focused on Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems popularly known as Solar Agricultural Pumps and other ancillary Services.
