PAN HR Solution has entered into a Temporary Staffing Services Agreement with CIEL ET TERRE SOLAR for providing temporary staffing services to meet its manpower requirements. Under the said agreement, the company shall provide temporary staffing services, including deployment of suitably trained and qualified personnel, employee sourcing, salary administration, payroll management and compliance management, as per the requirements of CIEL ET TERRE from time to time.
The agreement is entered into on a non-exclusive basis and shall remain effective until April 27, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms. The agreement may be extended for additional one-year terms upon mutual written agreement. The company shall provide staffing services and undertake salary disbursement and applicable statutory compliances under the agreed Pay and Collect Model.
