Un-audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026. ii. Interim dividend, if any; Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the record date for determining the entitlement of the members for the payment of Interim Dividend, if any, shall be Friday, 13th November, 2026. The interim dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days of its declaration, to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on Record Date.
