PVV Infra has informed that PVV Infra has successfully taken physical possession and received the official declaration of the Appointed Date from the National Highways Logistics Management (NHLML) for two (2) premier Wayside Amenities (WSA) sites in the state of Madhya Pradesh on a Design, Build, Operate, and Transfer (DBOT) lease basis. Following the issuance of the Letters of Award (LOA) on July 30, 2026, and the subsequent execution of the Lease Agreements on September 24, 2026, the physical handing over/taking over process of the demised land parcels was completed on October 27, 2026. Accordingly, NHLML has officially declared October 27, 2026, as the Appointed Date, enabling the Company to immediately commence development and construction works at both sites.
