Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (‘Results’) for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026 along with Limited Review Report (‘LRR’) on the Financial Results issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. A copy of the aforesaid Results along with LRR are attached. 2. Re-appointment of Homi Katgara (DIN: 00210338) as Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a second term of 5 consecutive years commencing from January 31, 2027 to January 30, 2032, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. The details with respect to the said Re-appointment and continuation of Directorship, as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14 /14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure - 1.
