Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and in continuation with its intimation dated October 28, 2026, with respect to Outcome of Board Meeting of the Company, Meesho has informed that the Company has made an additional investment in MPPL, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, by way of subscribing 1,14,28,571 fully paid-up equity shares of Re. 1/- each through a rights issue. The relevant disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure - A.
