Computer Age Management Services has informed that Think Analytics Consultancy Services Private Limited (“TACS”), a step-down subsidiary of the Company has been voluntarily liquidated and dissolved in terms of voluntary liquidation proceedings carried out under Section 59 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. TACS was not a material subsidiary of the Company and the dissolution of TACS will not have any impact on the revenue, profitability, operations or business of the Company. The National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has ordered the dissolution of the above company based on the application made by the company for liquidation.
