Arkade Developers has acquired 100% stake in Woollen and Textile Industries (WTIL) through execution of a Share Purchase Agreement. The company has acquired the stake for a consideration of Rs 145.51 crore, post which WTIL has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company. WTIL is in the business of Real Estate and the acquisition will aid in the development and growth of the company’s real estate business.

Arkade Developers is primarily engaged in real estate development. The operations of the company span all aspects of real estate development, from the identification and acquisition of land, to planning, execution, construction and marketing of Commercial and residential projects.
