Amara Raja Energy & Mobility has received approval for the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in India for providing automotive, battery and spares services under the brand name ‘Amaron Assist’ a technology-led services and solutions business, focused on automotive maintenance, battery services, vehicle care and mobility assistance. Post incorporation, the company will hold 100% equity in the proposed wholly owned subsidiary. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 02, 2026, have approved the same.

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility is the technology leader and is one of the largest manufacturers of lead-acid batteries for both industrial and automotive applications in the Indian storage battery industry.
