Mahindra Two Wheelers November sales volumes grew by 126% over previous year

Mahindra Two Wheelers (MTWL), a part of the $16.2 billion Mahindra Group, continued to grow its presence in the two wheeler segment during November 2013. The company reported sales of 24,245 units during November 2013, a growth of 126%. Domestic volumes stood at 23,831 units, a growth of 136% over the previous year.

The volume growth was driven by increasing demand for the innovative Mahindra Centuro. The Centuro continues to receive overwhelming response even after the festive season, even as competitive products were readily available off the shelf.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
