Zenith Fibres has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, November 04, 2026 has considered and approved the following: The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the proposed purchase of land from Kinjal Bhalavat, situated at Village Tundav, Taluka Savli, District Vadodara, State of Gujarat, admeasuring approximately 8,009 square metres and bearing Survey/Block Nos. 454/B, 454/A/1 and 454/A/2, for an estimated consideration of approximately Rs 250 Lakhs, plus applicable stamp duty, registration charges and other incidental costs. The proposed purchase aligns with the Company’s long-term expansion strategy and is expected to support its future growth and operational requirements. The transaction shall be subject to finalisation of the applicable terms and conditions and completion of the requisite legal and statutory formalities. The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure - A.
