Associated Coaters has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 13th November, 2026 at 03:30 PM through video conferencing at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the half year ended 30th September, 2026. Further in continuation of our intimation dated 28th September, 2026 regarding Closure of Trading Window, and pursuant to Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is closed from 1st October 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2026.
