Uno Minda has received approval for an additional capital investment of around Rs 85 crore towards expanding its Sunroof manufacturing capacity at Bawal, Haryana. The proposed expansion is aimed at catering to incremental customer orders secured by the company and the growing demand for advanced sunroof systems in the Indian passenger vehicle market. The additional capacity is expected to be commissioned by Q2FY28.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on November 5, 2026, has approved the same.
Uno Minda is engaged in the business of manufacturing of auto components including auto electrical parts and its accessories and caters to both domestic and international markets.
