Kaycee Industries has received approval for the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Kaycee Electricals India. The acquisition is intended to help the company strategize for sustainable growth and drive long-term value for stakeholders. The acquisition is expected to be completed by December 15, 2026. Post-acquisition, Kaycee Electricals India will become wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 05, 2026, has approved the same.
