Kusumgar has received approval for execution of a non-binding term sheet with Certoplast Holding GmbH (Certoplast) for setting up a Joint Venture (JV) in India for manufacturing of tapes, subject to signing of definitive agreements, receipt of applicable statutory approvals and completion of customary conditions precedent.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on November 5, 2026, has approved the same.
