MRF has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 29, 2011, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 19 per share on the paid-up capital as at September 30, 2011.
The company has already declared and paid two interim dividends of Rs 3 each per share for the above year. With the recommendation of final dividend of Rs 19 per share, the total dividend for the year works out to Rs 25 per share.
