Gyscoal Alloys shines on forming a subsidiary in Bangkok

Gyscoal Alloys is currently trading at Rs. 27.10, up by 0.30 points or 1.12% from its previous closing of Rs. 26.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 27.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 27.10 and Rs. 27.10 respectively. So far 1200 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 36.45 on 08-Mar-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 12.59 on 01-Jan-2013.

Gyscoal Alloys has formed a subsidiary in Bangkok. Thai Indo Steel (Company incorporated & situated in Bangkok) has allotted 229,500 shares at 100 Baht each to Gyscoal Alloys on December 11, 2013. Hence, pursuant to this investment Thai Indo Steel has become subsidiary of Gyscoal Alloys.

Gyscoal Alloys started its business with the trading of iron and steel scraps, billets and steel long products. The company also decided to trade in mild steel products namely CTD Bars and TMT Bars.
