Kovai Medical Center & Hospital has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 12, 2013, has discussed about the proposal to set up a Hospital unit of Kovai Medical Center and Hospital Limited at Chennai. This new Hospital project is expected to be implemented at an early date on land to be taken on lease basis for the construction of the Hospital Unit. The business plan is under discussion
