Tyre major MRF has reported 73.08% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 618.77 crore for the year ended September 30, 2011. The company had reported consolidated net profit of Rs 357.50 crore in the year-ago period.
The consolidated net sales of the company for the year ending September 30, 2011 stood at Rs 9,743.98 crore, up by 30.64% as against Rs 7,458.73 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 19 per share.
