ICICI Bank trades higher on the bourses

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1098.35, up by 11.90 points or 1.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 1085.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1087.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1104.00 and Rs. 1086.00 respectively. So far 1, 62,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1236.90 on 28-May-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 758.80 on 28-Aug-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1206.20 and Rs. 1080.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1, 26,878 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 62.61% and 8.23% respectively.

ICICI Bank’s Singapore branch has made a contribution of Singapore Dollar 100,000 to the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA), a self-help group for the local Indian community.  This is the second such contribution from ICICI Bank to SINDA, the first one was in 2010. The contribution was made as part of its 10th anniversary of operations in Singapore.

ICICI Bank is India’s largest private sector bank and the second largest bank in the country, with consolidated total assets of over $124 billion at September 30, 2013.
