Deutsche Bank offloads 64.19 lakh shares of Sybly Industries: Report

Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas has reportedly offloaded 64.19 lakh shares of Sybly Industries through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 1.12 valuing the transaction to Rs 71.89 lakh. On the other hand, Vichitra Travels has bought 21.32 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 1.12, through open market route valuing the transaction at Rs 23.88 lakh.

Sybly Industries has engaged in the manufacturing of Polyester Yarn and Mercerised Cotton Yarn having its Works and Registered Office at Pawan Puri, (Near Canal), Muradnagar, Districts Ghaziabad (UP).
