CRB MF sells 2.2 lakh shares of Dhanlaxmi Fabrics: Report

CRB Trustee A/C CRB Mutual Fund has reportedly sold 2.2 lakh shares or 2.62% stake of Dhanlaxmi Fabrics through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 10.14 valuing the transaction to Rs 228 crore. On the other hand, Ajay Multi Projects has bought 1.5 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 10.14, through open market route valuing the transaction at Rs 152 crore.

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics manufactures and processes quality fabric as per the requirement of the garment manufacturers/exporters who convert the same in fancy garments and ship the same to big buying houses and retail chains all over the world in the form of fashion garments.
