CRB Trustee on account of CRB Mutual Fund (MF) has reportedly sold 21.40 lakh shares or 0.61% stake of Sanwaria Agro Oils through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 9.64 valuing the transaction to Rs 2.06 crore.
Sanwaria manufactures soya de-oiled cakes, soya crude oil and soya refined oil through the solvent extraction process. It sells a part of its soya refined oil under the brand names - Narmada, Sulabh and Sanwaria.
