Brigade Enterprises gains after Citi group acquires 3.12% stake

Brigade Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 62.60, up by 0.70 points or 1.13 % from its previous closing of Rs. 61.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 62.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 63.35 and Rs. 61.45 respectively. So far 31211 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 107.70 on 24-Dec-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 45.10 on 07-Aug-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 65.10 and Rs. 55.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 701.57 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.67% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.91% and 36.42% respectively.

Citi Group Global Markets Mauritius has acquired 3.12% stake in Brigade Enterprises for Rs 19.99 crore. It purchased 3.51 million shares at a price of Rs 56.95 from Royal Bank Of Scotland Asia Merchant Bank (Singapore) at the NSE.

As on September 30, 2013, the promoters holding in the company stood at 57.67% while institutions and non-institutions held 5.91% and 36.42% stake in the company, respectively.
