Arcee Industries has informed that Arjit Singhal, Manager (Finance) has been given additional responsibility to act as Compliance Officer of the Company. Singhal will also act as Secretary to the Audit Committee. He will be handling both the responsibilities till the Company completes the appointment of Company Secretary (CS) as required under section 383A of the Companies Act, 1956. The vacancy in the office was caused by resignation of Company?s Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer as informed earlier also.
