Uflex has decided to divest its 100% shareholding in Flex America Inc, USA (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) to its indirect subsidiary company, i.e. Flex Films (USA) Inc, Kentucky, USA. Earlier in November, the company had divested 75% of its holding i.e. 4,800 fully paid and non-assessable shares of $5000 each in Flex Fills (USA) Inc. to Flex Middle East FZE, Dubai. The sale consideration has been received by the company against the sale of aforesaid shares.
Uflex is engaged in production of Polyester chips, BOPET and BOPP films, Printing and Coating Inks, facilities for Holography, Metalization and PVDC coating, making Gravure Printing Cylinders, Gravure Printing, Lamination and Pouch formation.
