KNR Constructions jumps on securing orders worth Rs 390.66 crore

KNR Constructions is currently trading at Rs. 107.30, up by 3.95 points or 3.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 103.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 106.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 108.00 and Rs. 106.05 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 182.65 on 03-Dec-2010 and a 52 week low of Rs. 90.00 on 25-Nov-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 108.00 and Rs. 93.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 301.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.01% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.07% and 17.92% respectively.

KNR Constructions, an infrastructure development company has secured 3 projects aggregating worth of Rs 390.66 crore from Government of Karnataka, Karnataka State Highway Improvement Projects, Public Works, Ports & Inland Water Transport Department.

The three projects are for upgradation of the road from Magadi NH-48 to Korataere of SH-3 worth of Rs 116.78 crore, upgradation of the roadfrom Shelvadi to Mundargi of SH-45 worth of Rs 121.25 crore and upgradation of the road from Mudgal to Gangawathi of SH-29 worth of Rs 152.63 crore.

KNR Construction is an infrastructure development company providing engineering, procurement and construction service across various fast growing sectors, namely, roads and highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
