IL&FS Transportation Networks has submitted its expression of interest to the Chongqing Expressway Group Company (CEG) for acquisition of 49% equity interest in Chongqing Yuhe Expressway Co, which operates 58 kms of Yu He Expressway in Chongqing, located in Southwest China, with the toll concession rights till 2032.
Recently, the company received the Letter of Award (LoA) in regard to its bid submitted with the National Games Secretariat ('NGS') for the development of Outdoor Stadium at Karyavattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
IL&FS Transportation Networks has been involved in the development, operation and maintenance of national and state highways, roads (including urban roads), flyovers and bridges in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Jharkhand and Rajasthan.
