Hazoor Township Developers has ceased to be the associates of Parle Software with immediate effect, upon divestment of its share holding in the capital of the associate.
The above mentioned cessation of the associate will have no bearing on the performance/operation of the company as it has plans to invest the divestment funds into its existing infrastructure and real estate development activities.
Parle Software is an information technology (IT) company involved in providing enterprise solutions and services such as enterprise resource application, knowledge management, supply chain and e-business applications.
