Tata Power organizes eastern region partners’ meet at Jamshedpur

Tata Power, India's largest integrated power company has organized an eastern region partners’ meet in Jamshedpur on the theme ‘strategic partnering’. The company organized interactive sessions with partners to understand their specific needs and requirements. The objective of the meet was to communicate with suppliers and inculcate Tata Power’s code of conduct, and its safety and value system.

More than 90 companies participated in the meet including BHEL, Alstom, ABB, L&T, Siemens and other renowned service providers of Tata Power. The officials presented and delivered speeches on Tata Power’s plans and sustainability model, and the power sector scenario in the domestic and international markets.

The Company has an installed generation capacity of 8521 MW in India and a presence in all the segments of the power sector viz. Generation (thermal, hydro, solar and wind), Transmission, Distribution and Trading.
