Sobha Developers has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2013.
The company has reported 4.45% rise in its net profit at Rs 53.90 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 51.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 25.76% at Rs 540.40 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 429.70 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.
On the consolidated basis, the group has reported 10.45% rise in its net profit at Rs 58.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 as compared to Rs 52.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the group has increased by 26.47% at Rs 545.50 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 431.30 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.
