Mithra Venture Projects & Investment LLP has reportedly offloaded 30 lakh shares of KSK Energy Ventures through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 65 valuing the transaction to Rs 19.50 crore.
On the other hand, HDFC Infrastructure Fund has bought 19.10 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 65, through open market route valuing the transaction at Rs 12.41 crore.
KSK Energy Ventures is engaged in the business of developing and operating power plants. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of KSK Energy (Mauritius), which in turn is subsidiary of KSK Power Ventur plc.
