Prestige Estates Projects has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2013.
The company has reported 12.49% fall in its net profit at Rs 80.55 crore for the quarter, as compared to Rs 92.05 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 10.09% at Rs 459.96 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 511.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.
Prestige Estate Projects commenced operations as a partnership firm constituted under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 on April 1, 1986 under the name and style of Prestige Estates and Properties. The partners of the firm were the Late S Razack, Irfan Razack, Rezwan Razack and Sameera Noaman.
