Rajeswari Foundations has inaugurated ‘38 Hundred Labels & Prints’, its new digital label printing unit at TS 113, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, Ekkattuthangal, Chennai on February 02, 2014. This new unit is equipped with digital colour label printer ‘CDT 1600 PC Sprint’ from Colordyne Technologies, USA, which is powered by Memjet technology. The Company selected the Colordyne equipment primarily for the production of high quality premium labels. This unit will be the first of the network of sites addressing the prime industrial label space across India.
Besides, Colordyne 1600 PC Sprint, the digital label printing firm has also invested in finishing equipment GT 364 HS from Cartes, Italy. It has separate stations for hot foil stamping, screen printing, embossing, die-cutting and laser cutting. The new unit also houses Ricoh Pro 751 a digital production press. The Company is hoping to increase its revenue share in the existing segment of printing.
Rajeswari Foundations was originally engaged in printing of all kinds of materials including books, periodicals, magazines, leaflets, advertisement materials, packaging materials, etc. Also, the company was engaged in the process of phototypesetting, composing, desktop publishing and colour scanning for all kinds of printing as the main object of its business to be pursued on incorporation of the company.
