Kwality Credit & Leasing’s board of directors at its meeting held on February 10, 2014, has approved the scheme of amalgamation between Original Fashion Traders and Anurodh Infrastructure with the company.
Kwality Credit & Leasing is primarily engaged in the business of providing Lease finance of equipment and Machinery and Hire Purchase finance for vehicle. The company is also providing lease Syndication services by referring clients to other companies thereby earning professional charges for the same. Kwality Credit is also the player in the commercial vehicle and car finance segments.
