Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, has received 7th Loyalty Award 2014 for the ‘Best Loyalty Program in Service Sector’ at The Lalit Hotel in Mumbai. The 7th Loyalty Summit Awards 2014 were presented by AIMIA, India. The Loyalty Awards 2014, instituted by Kamikaze B2B Media, are based on a structured selection process, and seek to celebrate and recognise the efforts undertaken by an organisation in the area of customer loyalty to improve customer relationships and build long term profitability.
These Awards are an outcome of a combination of extensive consumer research undertaken in major cities of India across various parameters by an independent research agency aided by nominations received from organisations. Jet Airways emerged as a winner amongst players from different sectors such as airlines, financial services, retail and hospitality.
