Surya Roshni’s board of directors at its meeting held on February 12, 2014, has approved Non-Subsidiarisation of Surya Global Steel Tubes from Surya Roshni by de-control the Composition of Board of Directors of Surya Global Steel Tubes and thus free of its Board from control of Surya Roshni.
Surya Roshni (SRL), incorporated in 1973 is into the business of manufacturing electric resistance welded (ERW) steel pipes & lighting products, with facilities at Bahadurgarh (Haryana), Kashipur (Uttarakhand) and Malanpur (Madhya Pradesh).
