Eastern Treads has received an approval to extend the period of land purchase agreement. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 13, 2014 has approved for the same.
The board also decided to avail vendor financing facility from bank. Further, it approved Term Loan & Cash credit enhancement proposals and decided to avail bank loans.
Eastern Treads is engaged in the manufacturing of quality pre-cured tread, cushion/bonding, gum and black vulcanizing cement.
