BEML, a Public Sector Company under the Ministry of Defence and a premier indigenous manufacturer of earthmoving equipment over four decades, is participating in big way in the IME-2014, the 5th International Mining, Exploration, Mineral Processing Technology, Metals & Machinery Exhibition being held at Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata from February 13-16, 2014.
In the exhibition, BEML is focusing on mining and construction equipment showcasing its range of equipment viz., Excavators, Bulldozers, Motor Graders, Backhoe Loaders etc. BEML equipment are known for self-reliance, higher productivity, user-friendly and popular in the mining industry. Being a leader in the segment, BEML’s mining machinery are fully indigenized and robust with improved versions.
BEML (formerly Bharat Earth Movers) was established for undertaking manufacture of Rail Coaches & Spare Parts and Mining Equipment at its Bangalore Complex. It has been catering to the needs of core sectors such as mining, power and steel.
