Total Hospitality has received an approval for sale of equity shares comprising 1,611,700 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par held in SKD Restaurants. Consequently, SKD Restaurants ceases to be subsidiary of the company with effect from February 13, 2014. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 13, 2014 has taken the note of it.
