Thirthankar Infra has received an approval to make out Joint Ventures / Strategic Alliances (Technical & Financial) with private companies or as well as Government/Semi Government Public Sector Units in the similar field in India and Overseas.
The board of directors at its meeting held on February 14, 2014 has approved for the same and authorized P.V.V. Satyanarayana, Director of the Company to take suitable steps in this regard.
Further, the board also approved for identification of companies for merger & acquisition in the similar field in India and Overseas.
