Beckons Industries has received an approval for structuring/re-structuring of business including merger and demerger of the existing business of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 14, 2014 has approved for the same.
The board also approved to constitute Committee of Directors to appoint the Valuer, Professional and Merchant Banker to determine the Exchange Ratio and for providing professional services to the company.
Beckons Industries is engaged in security printing and biotechnology. The company manufactures cut sheet papers, pre-printed computer stationery like invoices, water/electricity bills and various other printed forms required by corporates, plain/EZR computer papers and single color pre-printed items with logos.
