Indiabulls Real Estate gains on board’s buyback plan

Indiabulls Real Estate is currently trading at Rs 54.05, up by 0.75 points or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs 53.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 54.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs 54.45 and Rs 50.50 respectively. So far 877131 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 131.60 on 21-Apr-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs 40.10 on 07-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 58.28 and Rs 40.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 2300.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.91% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 45.55% and 23.80% respectively.

Indiabulls Real Estate’s board of directors will hold a meeting on December 15, 2011in order, to consider the proposal for Buy Back of equity shares of the company pursuant to the provisions of Sections 77A, 77AA and 77B of the Companies Act, 1956 and the provisions contained in the SEBI (Buy-back of Securities) Regulations, 1998.
