Credit rating agency, CARE has revised rating of Ahlcon Parenterals’ long term bank facilities worth Rs 16.91 crore which was reduced from Rs 21.19 crore to ‘A’ from ‘BBB+’. The rating agency has also revised rating of company’s Long-term/Short-term bank facilities worth Rs 9.00 crore to ‘A/ A1’ from ‘BBB+/A2’.
The revision in the ratings of the bank facilities of Ahlcon Parenterals (APIL) takes into account the improvement in its financial profile as reflected by the increase in its profitability margins and improvement in leverage ratios.
Ahlcon Parenterals (India) manufactures pharmaceutical intravenous (I.V.) fluids, medical disposables, and opthalmics/ear drops. It offers I.V. fluids, antimicrobial I.V. fluids, plasma volume expanders in BFS bottles, and nasal drops.
