Anisha Impex is all set to hit the capital markets, through BSE SME Platform, with an initial public offering IPO of 65,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating upto Rs 6.50 crore. The issue opens for subscription on March 03, 2014 at a fixed price band of Rs 10 per share, while the public issue will close for subscription on March 05, 2014.
