IRB Infrastructure Developers has temporarily halted toll collection activity on the IRDP Kolhapur BOT Project after Bombay High passed an interim order in response to Public Interest Litigations (PIL) filed by some Kolhapur residents and Toll Virodhi Kriti Samiti.

The detailed order of the High Court is awaited. The company will proceed in this matter after consultation with our Legal Counsels.

The company had executed obligation as per the tender conditions and Concession agreement for the Project. The Company will re-commence toll collection in near future.
