In a bid to trim down its debt, Ramky Infrastructure is looking to divest stake in 3 road assets. The three road assets up for sale are situated in Andhra Pradesh. Moreover, the company has appointed merchant bankers for assets monetization.
The monetization of road assets will bring down debt by Rs 700 crore. The company’s current debt stands at Rs 1,200 crore.
