Central Bank of India inaugurates regional office in Telangana

Central Bank of India has opened its regional office at Warangal, in Telangana. The region will cover 7 districts of Adilabad, Nizamabad, Medak, Karimnagar, Khammam, Nalgonda and Warangal, with a total of 33 branches at present.

Moreover the bank has proposed to open 6 more branches. The region has a total business of Rs 1,130 crore, with deposits of Rs 396 crore and advances of Rs 734 crore.

At present, the Hyderabad Zone of the bank consists of six regions spread across Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka with a total network of 321 branches. The Zone has a total business of Rs 30,793 crore with deposits of Rs 13,984 crore and advances of Rs 16,809 crore.
